What is a 行政書士?
A 行政書士Gyoseishoshi (Administrative Scrivener)is a nationally certified professional authorized to submit applications to government agencies on behalf of clients.
In addition to the wide range of documents required and the complexity of filling them out, residence status applications are also subject to the discretion of the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
To ensure approval, entrusting the process to an administrative scrivener is the most reliable choice and, in the end, saves both effort and cost.
在留資格は、提出書類が多岐にわたり記入が複雑であることに加えて、出入国在留管理庁の裁量にも左右されます。

After working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Japan Research Institute, I founded Global Dynamics Inc. I have since been involved in numerous projects related to global talent development and global strategies for corporations.

Over the years, while supporting the globalization of Japanese companies as a consultant, I have come to strongly recognize that obtaining residency status remains a significant barrier to hiring and retaining highly skilled foreign talent. For companies to grow, it is essential to enable talented foreign professionals to thrive and contribute to the creation of new business from more diverse perspectives.
To address this, I have established an administrative scrivener office specializing in securing work visas, with the aim of promoting the successful integration and active participation of foreign professionals, fostering multicultural coexistence, and driving innovation.
長きにわたり、コンサルタントとして日本企業のグローバル化の支援をする中で、在留資格取得が優秀な人材の採用や定着の壁になっている現状を痛感するようになりました。企業の発展のためには、優秀な外国人人材に活躍をしてもらって、より多様な視点で新しいビジネスを立案していくことが必要と考えます。
そのため、就労ビザの在留資格取得を専門とした外国人材の定着・活躍と多文化共生、イノベ―ションを目指す行政書士事務所を立ち上げました。
